Process & Delivery times
'Add to Cart' items
'Add to Cart' items will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on Tuesdays will be processed the following Tuesday. Please let me know here if your order is urgent and I will prioritise your order.

'Presale' items
Sterling Silver (Presale)
Each piece is made-to-order, individually cast and hand polished, therefore lease allow up to a 3 week processing time for Sterling Silver. If your order is urgent please advise us of this and we will do our best to arrange an earlier delivery. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing from the following business day.

Vermeil (Presale)
Each piece is made-to-order, individually cast, hand polished and then has a plating process, therefore please allow up to a 6 week processing time for Gold (vermeil). If your order is urgent please advise us of this and we will do our best to arrange an earlier delivery. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing from the following business day.

Fingerprint Impressions
Each piece is made-to-order, individually cast, hand polished and then has a plating process if gold (vermeil). Therefore, after you have returned your fingerprint impression kit, please allow up to a 3 week processing time for Sterling Silver and Solid Gold, and a 6 week processing time for Gold (vermeil).

Custom Add-on
Each piece is made-to-order, individually cast, hand polished and then has a plating process if gold (vermeil). Please allow up to a 6 week processing time for Gold (vermeil).

Please note: If your order has Sterling Silver and/or Gold (vermeil) pieces OR 'Add to Cart' and 'Presale' pieces they will both be sent together at the latest processing times unless requested otherwise.

Delayed Orders
Sometimes during the delivery process circumstances that are out of our and partners control may lead to delays in your order reaching you. Therefore, we can not guarantee exact time frames on deliveries on any orders placed at HALI MOTIF, however rest assure that we always do our absolute best to ensure your items are delivered in the approximate time frames.


Lost Orders
In an unfortunate circumstance out of our control that an item is lost during transit we will work very hard alongside our delivery partners to ensure that the product is located. Please during this time rest assure that we are doing our absolute best to get your order to you. If an item is not located after 14 days, we will replace your order however this will take the same process and delivery times as mentioned above.
