At HALI MOTIF most our pieces are made to order with a lead time of 1-10 business days. If you require your order urgently or by a specific day please email hello@halimotif.com and we will do everything we can to prioritise you order.

IMPRESSIONS
- Your impression kit will be sent to you within 1-5 business days.
- If you have an urgent kit to be delivered, please email hello@halimotif.com with the subject line as urgent and we will have it sent out to you as soon as possible.
- After we have received your returned impression kit, please allow approximately 4 weeks for the finished piece.
- Please note that during holiday seasons there can potentially be longer lead times.

IMPORTANT DATES TO CONSIDER
MOTHERSDAY - 12th May 2024
Impressions:
- Impressions (for the finished piece): For delivery in time for Mothers Day your impression kit will need to be returned by the 14th April.
- Impression Kits (without the finished piece): 05th December - These are a beautiful gift to be given on the day if you did not order in time for the finished piece - don't forget to capture the moment on camera as this will make it an even more of a special memory.
All Other Orders:
- In Stock designs: 14th December
- All other designs: 05th December

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON - December & January 2024
Impressions:
- Impressions (for the finished piece): For delivery in time for Christmas your impression kit will need to be returned by the 20th November.
- Impression Kits (without the finished piece): 18th December - These are a beautiful gift to be given on the day if you did not order in time for the finished piece - don't forget to capture the moment on camera as this will make it an even more of a special memory.
- Impressions that are received during the December and early January period may have an additional 2 week processing time due to business closures.
All Other Orders:
- In Stock designs: 19th December
- All other designs: 08th December
- Orders that are not in-stock and are placed between the 18th December - 15th January will be sent to you by the end of January.
Business Closures: 24th December - 12th January

URGENT IMPRESSION KITS - order please email hello@halimotif.com witht the subject line as URGENT and we will ship your order out as soon as possible.
- All other order will be shipped within 1-10 business days from the 07th January
